Camera
Some helpful links for those bitten by the photo bug. If you'd like to see my "work", check out my Photos.
- As I continue my quest to take great pictures of objects (e.g. Formula 1 cars) moving at high speed, I maintain a Cheat sheet that I stick in my badge holder.
- In-depth coverage of the latest gear at DP Review
- If you're a Nikon person, you need to check out By Thom. I sometimes find him a little elitist, but he knows his shit.
- Do it yourself high speed flash photography
- Make your own macro lens
- In the SF Bay area, the folks at Keeble & Shuchat Photography have a good selection of film and digital gear. You might be able to find things cheaper online, but I'm willing to pay a little more for local service and experience. Ask for a discount, maybe they'll help you out.
