Texas Taco Bake

Preparation

  • Serving Size: 1 1/4 Quarts
  • Preparation Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 8oz can tomato sauce
  • 1 large bag tostada chips
  • 2 cups grated cheese
  • 1/4 cup ripe olives (black)
  • 1 can ranch-style beans
  • 1 cup chopped lettuce
  • 1 cup sour cream

Directions

  1. Brown meat. Drain and rinse.
  2. Add tomato sauce. Stir, add beans. Simmer 30 minutes.
  3. In large (9x13) pan, arrange in layers of chips, meat mixture, cheese, repeat.
  4. Bake at 400 for 10 minutes.
  5. Top with lettuce, sour cream and olives.
