Sausage Balls

Preparation

  • Serving Size: ~40 bite-size appetizers
  • Preparation Time: 15 min.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground sausage
  • 1/2 lb. shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups Bisquick

Directions

Have sausage and cheese at room temperature and mix together with hands. Then add the Bisquick at little at a time until mixed well. Roll into balls about the size of walnuts. Bake 15-20 minutes at 400 or until browned. Serve warm.
